Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Orin, a competitive-intelligence service operated by Nav AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Orin, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Orin discovers and monitors competitors you select and delivers a periodic digest of detected changes. Monitoring covers publicly accessible web pages, content, and similar sources. We don't guarantee that every change is detected, that detected changes are complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Billing & trial

Orin is offered on a subscription basis at $29/month following a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges $29 and the subscription renews monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Orin to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. Only add URLs and handles you're entitled to monitor.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Orin software and brand. Content surfaced from third-party sources remains the property of those sources.

Disclaimer & liability

Orin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nav AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app. You may stop using Orin and delete your account at any time from Settings.
